The Triple berry kiwi smoothie

If you locate that your frozen berries or the kiwi are too tart, you may upload a touch maple syrup or honey to sweeten this if needed, or any sweetener that works in your weight loss program.
Occasionally frozen strawberries are at the tart side – so if sparkling fruit is in season, you may use that as an alternative if you select!
If you wanted to feature more antioxidants and iron, you could even throw some clean kale or spinach in here. It shouldn’t change the taste, however it'll trade the colour – it won’t be such a vibrant shade of deep purple.
You can also add chia seeds, flax seed meal, or hemp seed hearts (affiliate links) if you are interested in adding a few protein and wholesome fats to this smoothie. I didn’t pick to try this this time, however it’s a top notch option in case you want this to have more staying electricity between meals.
This is a stunning smoothie to enjoy whether or not you’re ill or properly. It’s the perfect breakfast or snack.
