Women Yoga Workout Triangle Pose

Triangle Pose:

Triangular is greaor the hamstrings and the body. It's one particular poses that looks simple, but getting the proper form requires strength and flexibility.

Stage the left foot away about 4 feet from the right. The right foot should be aimed angled forward as imagined, and the left foot should be pointed direct out.

Slowly reach your left down to the ground near your left side heel. If you are not able to comfortably reach the floor, you are able to use a yoga exercise block.

The best hand should be pointed towards the ceiling, and let your gaze lift up towards the ceiling as well to raise the stretch. Make an effort to keep your right hip stacked over your left as much as possible (this will demand a lot of overall flexibility in the hamstrings and hips).
