From start to finish, what would be your ideal food day?
It depends on what I’m up to that day, and is based around the level of activity and how I feel. A general awesome yummy day is something like this: I’d start off with a cappuccino, followed by a green juice. Breakfast would be a tofu scramble or french toast from [my new book] Make Your Own Rules Diet. Lunch would be some sort of yummy salad or warm veggie soup, and for dinner, vegan macaroni and cheese, an energy bowl, or pasta. Dessert would be snickerdoodle cookies or chocolate.
How do you practice beauty from the inside out?
Paying attention to how I feel is the most important, and getting sensitized to what I need. This works from the regular easy-going practice of yoga and meditation, and the desire to pay attention to how I feel instead of following food rules. Beauty mainstays that haven’t changed since your teenage years… Moisturizer by the bucket loads.
What are your Morning and nightly beauty routines?
A hot bath if I can – and buckets of moisturizer! Repeat morning and night. Morning usually ends up being a quick shower, but if I can squeeze in a quick hot bath that is awesome too!
 What’s your yoga/workout regimen?
How can others apply it to their own lives? I make time for 10 – 20 minutes of movement for my own practice. Even though I’m moving a lot most days leading Strala trainings, it’s not the same kind of attention as practice. I make time for this in the morning usually, and before bed if I’m not able to get to a class.
