This works from the regular easy-going practice of yoga and meditation, and the desire to pay attention to how I feel instead of following food rules. Beauty mainstays that haven’t changed since your teenage years… Moisturizer by the bucket loads.
 What are your Morning and nightly beauty routines? 
A hot bath if I can – and buckets of moisturizer! Repeat morning and night. Morning usually ends up being a quick shower, but if I can squeeze in a quick hot bath that is awesome too!
 What’s your yoga/workout regimen? 
How can others apply it to their own lives? I make time for 10 – 20 minutes of movement for my own practice. Even though I’m moving a lot most days leading Strala trainings, it’s not the same kind of attention as practice. I make time for this in the morning usually, and before bed if I’m not able to get to a class.
